I was experiencing sudden hearing loss and wondered if my hearing aids were defective. Frightened, I called Rogers Hearing Solutions where I’ve come to over 10 years. Michael was able to see me two days later. I was so relieved! A complete hearing test showed I had lost significant hearing in one ear and the right ear was regressing as well. Michael explained every step that was taken and presented the results in a calm and professional manner.. he settled my high anxiety. He recommended another device that would be more effective and demonstrated it. With the confidence that he exhibited, I had him order it. I've had experience with other audiologists/hearing aid providers but RogersHearing Solutions is far superior, especially audiologist Michael Drennan. The offices are what you'd expect of a healthcare provider (believe me, some others are not).
