Nicole was an absolute delight to work with. I had so many questions before I bought my new hearing aids; I was in her office for almost 2 hours!!! She was very caring, patient, kind and professional. The extra time she put into explaining the different hearing aids to me and helping me choose which one was best for me made all the difference. She was extremely thorough and knowledgeable which made me feel confident in following her recommendations. I enjoy my appointments with Nicole and would recommend her to anybody!
